We would like to thank
everyone that showed up for the Annual clean-up this year.
The board has made a
decision on lost keys. There will be a $75.00 charge for a replacement
key. This will only be a 1 time per member. Once lost key has been
found, it must be turned in to the Board and the $75.00 will be refunded.
The lost key number will be on a register of lost keys, if it is found in
the possession of a individual, it will be considered stolen property.
PRESIDENT'S
NOTE: It has been a productive Spring. Ruby Pipeline
Representatives are contacting property owners and negotiating right of ways
and they plan on starting the pipeline Spring of 2010 and finishing by
snowfall 2010. No vandalism this past Winter/Spring and everyone has
enjoyed their recreation and relaxation time at Scare Canyon - Another
fantastic year! Look forward to seeing you all at the Clean Up and Picnic -
Be Safe!

hauling some rocks for the Hideout for their fence project in exchange for
