UPDATED! November 13, 2011

We want to thank Kirt Nelson And Brent Daily for all their hard work on the new gate.
Members/Landowners
It has come to the attention of the “Board of Directors of the Scare Canyon Ranch Association (SCRA)”, that some landowners have gated, locked and posted as “No Trespassing” some of the secondary roads in the SCRA. These roads are intended for the use and enjoyment of all SCRA members as well as in the case of fire, for fire equipment access and are described in “Exhibit A” of the 2010 SCRA By-Laws.
Therefore, gates on secondary roads cannot be locked or marked “No Trespassing”. Gates may be signed with “keep Gate Closed”, but cannot keep members from using the road. All SCRA members using the roads in reality trespass on other member’s property to access their own property.
Landowners may post “No Trespassing” signs along the primary and secondary roads. But, by posting their land they give up the right to trespass/hunt on property other than their own. See 2010 SCRA By-Laws. (Article III, Section 4(C)).
If you have a gate as describe above, please remove the lock and trespass signs as soon as possible. Locks and signs in place after 30 September 2011 will be removed.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
ATTENTION:
It has been reported that individuals have been seen on Coldwater property. Please remember that this a CWMU unit, and severe charges will apply for trespassing. Please stay off Coldwater property as well as Hideout property during the current and upcoming hunting seasons. THANK YOU!
Anyone that witnessed damage done to a Backhoe and Cat that was parked out on Ant Flat between August 1st and August 8th, please contact Ray Gibbons with any information you may have in this matter.
The pipeline now has gas in it. Make sure that you are NOT digging or staking on the pipeline easement.
