An access agreement has been approved by the Board and sent to the Hideout's Attorney for negotiation.

 

Due to unforunate circumstances Dave Broderick is no longer a member of the Board.  His position as President has been recalled by a vote of the Board of Trustees.  Attahced is a letter from the Board to Dave Broderick.

Mark Ross has 6 fire rings that he cut from the Ruby Pipeline leftovers.  If you would like to have one for your property please call Mark @ 801-390-2571.  The cost will be $30.00 each  to cover cutting torch costs.  First come first served.

 

We are looking for Landowners that would be willing to lease a piece of their property so that SCRA can errect a storage building to house the Grader as well as a Fire Truck.  Incentives will include membership fees waived and additional taxes will be paid that are incured due to the building construction. 2012 Association dues are $125.00.  A late fee of $15.00 will be applied to dues paid after April  8, 2011.   Members will receive two motorized vehicle decals at no charge when they pay their dues.  Additional decals can be purchased at $1.00 each.

The pipeline now has gas in it.  Make sure that you are NOT digging or staking on the pipeline easement.
