The meeting was called to order at 6:10pm.  Minutes from the other board meetings were read but not approved because there were only 5 board members present.

Stacy Shelton announced that SCRA insurance was due in 5 – 20 days and we would probably stay with the insurance company we currently have.

Randy suggested they go around the table and let the board members talk.  First was Cal Pack who stated there was a man who has to perform 20 hours of community service and can work that 20 hours for SCRA if the board approves.

Randy said the plan to put dye in the lower spring water is still on – he wants to see how far down the hill the water is flowing and if there are any leaks.

Randy said that we will set prices for keys but 6 keys are max.

Derek Hunwick said that Karras’s son said he wants NO dye in the tanks of water.  Derek explained that the dye does not hurt anyone – that there are no adverse affects.  He said the members also want a resolution on 2 sets of dues for the same property because that gives 12 permits.  Should we just say 6 permits period?

Derek wants “Trespassing, posting and non-posting of land issues cleared up.  What does trespass mean – according to Article III, Section 5 “Trespass”, “As all property in SCRA and all property surrounding SCRA is privately owned, travel other than on common roads could be considered trespassing.  Exceptions to this are: hunting of association members’ property with a valid SCRA permit, or permission to be on anothers property.

This needs to be clarified.

Stacy Shelton gave out current financial statements.

 Meeting was adjourned at 7:10pm.
