Meeting began at 6:00 p.m.

OLD BUSINESS:  Marilyn Dean read the 9 February 2010 Minutes and they were approved as read.

NEW BUSINESS:

-  Ray addressed the Board members and said what a great Board we have and how well we work together. 

-  With the approved changes in the By Laws we need to press with getting them printed and available for sale to the Association.  Requested Marilyn get a bid on the printing and binding of the By Laws and the board will decide how many copies to have printed.

-  Mike commented in reviewing previous By Laws since the inception of the Association, he saw the original By Laws and subsequent changes had been reviewed and signed by the State.  Discussion followed on guidance for review and signature by the State.  Joel Stewart offered to research.  Board also discussed ways to conduct ballot/voting in the future.  Good proposals were made at the March General Meeting.

-  Discussion by Board on springs, proposed improvements.  Will be able to better assess the needs when the snows melt and we’re able to drive in.  Further discussed water and usage, and best serving the Association.

-  Discussion on road access, access agreements, heavy use this last summer from new construction/building, continued heavy use by construction trucks for on-going construction.  Increased use by heavy equipment is damaging our roads.

- Due to time constraints, Bob Wallis proposed a separate meeting to discuss road access agreements.  Special Board Meeting will be held 27 April 2010 dedicated to roads and access.

- Ray asked if there was any other business. 

 - Doug discussed 2 action items he still has open – Keys and multiple-owned lots, and those grand-fathered in, and clarification of trespassing.  How many multi-owned lots SCRA has, when they originated, what the deeds state for owners, etc.  Marilyn took the action item to go to Cache County and get the names on each multi-owned lot.  After ownership/names on deeds are verified, Sherri will look at who all has paid dues on the lots.  Per previous discussions/Board Meetings, Ray commented he, Doug and the Board will need to walk the roads in the spring to determine common access and rights of way to lots open to hunting.

- Ray asked if there was any additional business, comments and as there was none, Ray made the motion to adjourn, Chris seconded, all agreed.  Meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
