OLD BUSINESS:  Sherri Roby read the 12 July 2011 Minutes and they were approved as read.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Bob Wallace met with Bob Manning on the mountain and discussed the lock at the main gate, and Bob told him what the combination was, and stated the lock needed to be a keyed lock and there should be a person at the gate till they finish with the work.  Bob W also discussed with Bob M. the Main Spring Road – that it was too sharp of a turn and would like it to be more curved like it was.  Ruby was going to set up a meeting with the board.
• The board wanted to discuss with Ruby: reissue new lock and keys, the Main SCRA entrance gate including replacing gate, and all access roads used by Ruby.
• Discussed Ruby’s damage release form.  Discussed how the rocks were placed on Ant Flat Road – not wanting that kind of barrier in Scare Canyon.  Also discussed about securing the south barrier.  The board preferred a fence.
• Mike Dean said he got a call and Ray also got a call about grading the Main Spring road and Cottonwood road.
• Mike Dean asked for help at the main gate and patrolling the property during deer and elk hunting.

Jack Amundsen motioned to adjourn the meeting and Mike Dean seconded.  Meeting adjourned at 8:00.
