OLD BUSINESS
Introduced Ray Gibbons as new board mbr.
Tabled Sep. 07 minutes until 23 Jan. mtg.
We have approx. $4500 left over from last year
NEW BUSINESS
Following items were discussed and unanimously approved
Re-approved $1400 to repair hyd. manifold on grader from last year to 2008
Approx. $150 to repair grader window
Approx. $1200 for grader fuel
Approx. $2200 to renew grader and assoc. insurance
Secretary and treasurer salaries to remain at $250 each
Since we plan on installing an electronic lock on the main gate this year there will be a fee of $80 for all property owners for the first key plus a dues fee of $45 for association membership. These two charges will be determined yearly by the governing board. In short, members will pay $125 and non members will pay $80
The following items need approval at the 23 Jan. mtg.
Funds for motorized vehicle stickers
Funds for secretary supplies
Deposit for general mtg. place
Don, Marilyn and Mary Lou were excused absences
