* Note – 17 November was not available as discussed in Board Meeting, Marilyn spoke with Ray and General Meeting secured for 9 November

- Ray said Little Paradise sold a piece of their membership to Livingston and Livingston wanted clarification as to how many keys he is eligible to buy.  Discussion followed on keys/permits pertaining to multiple-owned lots.

-  Ray said Alice volunteered to host the picnic at their property and will head the picnic committee.  Sherri and Marilyn will work it with her.  Menu:  Dutch oven chicken, pulled pork, Dutch oven potatoes, chips, salad, dessert.  Marilyn will include menu and ask for volunteers in the picnic invitation.

- Mike asked how many hunting permits should we print this year as we had about 200-300 left over last year.  Board discussed and all agreed to print 200.

-- Discussed color – will go with something that will stand out against hunter orange, and is a different color than used the last 2 years.

-- Discussed adding the statement to the back of the permit: No hunting/trespassing on Hideout Property with written permission.

- Discussion regarding the width of the gate.  Ruby Pipeline had contacted Ray and said the width of our gate isn’t quite wide enough for the trucks to pass through.  Discussed keeping the existing post with the lock on it and moving the other gate post out to accommodate the wider trucks.  Discussed several design ideas, and who should incur the cost. All agreed Ruby Pipeline should absorb the cost as it is to their benefit the gate be widened. Gate needs to be re-designed as soon as possible.
