NEW BUSINESS:
Ray picked up a new cache county tax listing and he made notes on the multiple owner lots per the tax listing and the names Cache County has listed as owners. Ray said that Little Paradise Ranch is the only one that is listed without individual owner names.
Jack questioned the by-laws from 2001 and whether they were changed with a vote. Ray stated that when we sent out the changes in 2010 they were voted on. Discussion about the 2007 by-law changes. Jack will get a copy of the General Meeting minutes from 2001 through 2007 and review for the changes to verify if properly changed. This will be tabled.
Discussion about General Meeting agenda (dues, water issue, road work, property damage due to Ruby Pipeline, possible designs for a front gate).
Chris stated that per the letter that we received from the State, we need to develop a spring by the old sheep camp to stay within the water rights. Discussion about what work will need to be done to develop the spring. Ray said that he would like to have someone do research on the springs to see if they can come up with more up higher. Ray said that we still have 10 lengths of the pipe that can we used as a storage line. Chris wants to pay $200.00 to an Engineer to file for an extension. Everyone agreed.
Discussion about the 2nd gate and if we want to keep it. Should we keep the 2nd gate and make it match the 1st gate. If Ruby Pipeline will fence all the way around then we can negotiate the 2nd gate. Discussion about the borders of SCRA and fencing. Ray will set up a meeting with Ruby Pipeline within the next month and we should have the Enviromental Engineer at the meeting.
Ray questioned when we want to start the collections on the dues. The firm wants $250.00 to start the process. All agreed to go ahead and start now.
Clean up on June 25th. Joel spoke with a Western band and thought it would be a good idea to have them entertain us. Majority agreed not to go with the band.
Question about the other roads in SCRA and the work that will be done on them. We will get with Ruby Pipeline to make sure they meet our expectations on the roads. Joel suggested that we have Ruby do work on our side roads.
Chris motioned that we adjourn, Jack seconded the motion.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45
