OLD BUSINESS: Marilyn Dean read the 24 August 2010 Minutes and they were approved as corrected.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Ray said the Indian Spring Fire Valve is leaking, and when he checked it out, the valve had frozen. The weather had dipped to 26 degrees over the weekend, and Ray said to prevent future damage, he proposes making repairs.
- Hideout contacted Ray and said they will replace the screened gravel they used that belongs to
Scare
Canyon.
- Ray said the key broke off in the lock at Loves/Lower Spring Canister Gate and Ken Love replaced it with a key lock. There are three (3) keys for that lock – Love’s, Hunwick’s, and the Association’s key.
- Discussed work party, logistics, and supplies needed for repair/replacement of pipe, trenching, etc at Lower Spring.
- Ray asked if there was any other business – Mike commented Ron Hill would like to be put on the agenda of an upcoming Board Meeting and Ron will contact the Board with the agenda item.
- Road issues were discussed.
- Marilyn said for the

Canyon records and files she needs copies of all letters to and from SCRA’s attorney regarding water issues. Informed the Board the files need to be current before she turns them over at the end of her term December 31, 2010. Chris said he will provide them all either hard copy, or electronically.
- Ruby Pipeline project was addressed, and the Board agreed we need a meeting with Ruby Pipeline representatives, to include Bob Manning, regarding widening of SCRA roads, cutting of trees, culvert pipes, etc.
- Ray asked if there was any other business and as there was none, Bob Wallis made the motion to adjourn, Mike Dean seconded, all agreed. Meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
