SCRA Board Meeting Minutes –February 10, 2005 – 6:00pm

 The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m.  Minutes from January were not read as there were only four board members present.  Nothing could be voted on or passed so basically there was talk/discussion over some of the current issues. The first item discussed was the charge for keys. The board members went over deposit charges discussed at the January meeting.  Also, Randy brought up issues pertaining to Intermountain Lock, cost of new keys, amount of keys out and unaccounted for and said we need to table this issue until we have enough board members to make a decision.

Below are January ideas about charges for keys:

 Ø      6 keys maximum per land owner

Ø      1-2 keys = $7.50 each

Ø      3-4-5-6 keys = $65.00 each

Ø      After 6 keys = $1,000.00 deposit

 Randy and Derek discussed a little about the “sidebar” lower spring meeting that was held. Bonnie Love stated that she was going to register the domain name “scarecanyonranch.com and scarecanyon.com” and sign up for a web site.  Bonnie also stated that magnetic signs for 12 vehicles (2 signs per vehicle) could cost up to $1000.00 but the lead time was only 2 days to get them. Tony Fox agreed that the magnetic signs for board member vehicles would be a good idea and a good message for members and non-members of SCRA.

 The meeting was adjourned at 6:45pm.
