Meeting began at 6:10.m.

Ray Gibbons Conducted the Meeting.

Old Business: 

Marilyn read the April 10, 2008 Board Meeting Minutes and they were approved as read

New Business: 

Ray discussed the agenda for the 14 May 2008 Special General Meeting .

Discussed Keys, pricing, and distribution

Discussed Hideout with Blair Leird

Ray discussed Sections 13 and 15 of the By-Laws

Ray discussed the legality of motion made by Lucy Morelli

Ray discussed positions of President, Board of Directors

Ray gave an update on the Ruby Pipeline

Discussed letter from State on water extension

            Must show more water usage

            Must document easement

            Ray said water easement is in all deeds

            Discussed possible need of re-doing Derek’s line as it comes off prior to meter

Ray Gibbons adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
