SCRA NEWS FROM THE PRESIDENT - SEPTEMBER 19, 2008

Ray's News:

The two water tanks are in place for the Lower Spring and Indian Spring.  We are now in the process of plumbing them in.  This has been quite a process and we will keep you updated as to when everything is complete.
