NEWS FROM THE PRESIDENT- MAY 2007

At our March general meeting I mentioned that John Lewis purchased the Lindquist property.  He is also the purchaser of all of Coldwater’s property left of the fence going north on the main road in SCRA.

The board has met with John Lewis, and he wants his development of his land to be a part of our association.   The board has accepted his offer to be part of our association, however, there are several issues that need to be worked out to satisfy both parties.

The Lindquist property and the section to the east will be closed to hunting.  John will allow us to hunt on a year to year basis on the other previously owned Coldwater land.  This is limited to foot traffic only.  NO motorized vehicles will be allowed.

Expect to see surveyors in SCRA doing their job.

The main gate will be improved and fencing in some areas will be installed.

To conserve water, please do not wash motorized vehicles at the farm faucets.
